For spheroidized annealing, annealing, quenching, tempering, normalizing and solid solution etc heat treatments of steel/stainless steel, copper and its alloy, aluminum etc industries.
Can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer.

Can customize-make for special size.
Heating rate. 240 ~ 600KW
Heating source. Electricity or natural gas.
Protection atmosphere. Nitrogen, cracked gases of methanol.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software.

A. Standard configuration. Car-bottom furnace + electrical control system.   
B. High configuration. Car-bottom furnace + electrical control system + methanolcracker.
