Cleanroom Laminar Flow Stainless Steel Pass Box

Use

The laminar flow transfer window is an air purification device. The door panel adopts electronic interlocking to effectively prevent cross contamination. It is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps. The items enter the clean area after being disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation. As a clean transfer device, the laminar flow transfer window, on the one hand, acts as an airlock to prevent the air in the high-pressure clean room from leaking into the low-pressure clean room. On the other hand, it cleans dust particles and sterilizes bacteria during the transfer process to ensure the cleanliness of the items entering the clean area.
 
Characteristics
  1. The laminar flow design is adopted, the airflow is sent upward and returned downward, the primary filter adopts G4, and the high efficiency filter adopts H14.
  2. The high-efficiency filter is equipped with a differential pressure gauge for easy replacement (the high-efficiency differential pressure gauge has a range of 0-500Pa and an accuracy of ±5Pa).
  3. Wind speed: After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.3-0.6m/s.
  4. Control function: Fan start/stop button, with built-in electronic door interlock
