Airkey Interlock Dynamic Pass box
Pass box is an auxiliary equipment mainly used for passing small objects between 2 clean areas or between clean areas and unclean areas. Pass box reduces the times of closing and opening of the clean rooms, which helps to maintain a reasonable air pressure in the clean room. Pass box keeps the contamination condition to the lowest.
Pass box removes dusts on the materials and avoids the dusts being brought to clean rooms. Cleanliness in the pass box can reach class 100 after primary filters and HEPA filters.
