Prefilter
Prefilter is generally used for fresh air pre-filtration. With non-woven fabric or carbon as filtering material,
they can capture dust particles of more than 5um. They conforms to EN 1882, enjoying G4 - F5 filtering class.
The frames are generally made of anodized aluminum. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high
dust holding capacity so as to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement.
Secondary Filter
Secondary filter, including pocket or bag or box types, with non-woven fiberglass
as filtering material, can capture 1 - 5 um dust particles. They conforms to EN 1882,
enjoying F5 - F8 filtering class. The frames are generally made of anodized aluminum
or sub-hepa plastics. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high dust holding
capacity so as to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement.
HEPA Filter with Separator
HEPA Filter are widely used in pharmatheutics, LED, praing industries. With non-woven
fiberglass as filtering material, they can capture 0.1 - 1.0 um dust particles. They conforms
to EN 1882, enjoying H11 - U15 filtering class. The frames are generally made of anodized
aluminum. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high dust holding capacity so as
to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement.
