1.The machine is controlled by PLC(two vector motors)and uses touch screen human-machine interface operation machine.
2.The unwinding adopts imported magnetic powder brake,rolling diameter is automatically calculated by PLC to acheive constant unwinding tension control.
3.The traction transmission adopts vector frequency conversion motor,achieves the constant linear speed control.
4.Rewinding transmission adopts vector frequency conversion motor.It drives the upper and lower magnetic powder powder clutch and the rolling diameter is automatically calculated by PLC to realize rewinding tension taper control.
5.Unwinding adopts shaftless cylinder top cover device.It realizes the left&right location through cylinder side clamping inching mode.The feeding adopts automatic hydraulic pressure mode.
6.The system has preset the cutting functions such as meter counting,filxed roll diameter calculation etc.
7.The accompanying EPC correction device can accurately control the end precision.
8.This machine is the ideal slitter for the common used materials such as laminated film,single film,aluminum foil,paper and so on.
