Converter Oxygen Gun Quick Changer

       With the improvement of the production rhythm of the converter, higher requirements are put forward for the start-up rate of the equipment. The converter oxygen gun adopts the "one job, one backup" configuration, which requires that the production cannot be affected because of "no gun available". Starting from optimizing the composition of the oxygen gun replacement time, the oxygen gun guided positioning, automatic docking and rapid alignment technology are proposed, which meets the goal of replacing the oxygen gun in one refill time.

It mainly includes: quick oxygen exchange gun, water inlet and outlet elbow and oxygen bend insertion sleeve (female end), water inlet and outlet bend and oxygen pipe insertion joint (male end), lifting trolley, adjustment plate, briquette and other components.
        There are three stainless steel quick-change plugs (male ends) on the adjustment plate, each with three "O" seals. There are two guide posts on the adjustment plate, through which the plug-in sleeve (female end) and the adjustment plug (male end) of the quick oxygen refueling gun can be plugged in and sealed. There are also four briquettes on the adjustment plate, through which the quick oxygen gun and adjustment plate are plugged in to fix the relative position.
