Electric heating steam boiler
1. All electrical components have UL, CCE, and CCC safety certification marks.
2. The fully immersed electric heating element is fixed on the flange, which is easy to replace. Even if the equipment is in operation, the normal operation of the equipment will not be affected by replacing the electric heating element. The electric heating element is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or INCOLOY 800 alloy steel, which has the characteristics of long continuous service life, corrosion resistance, anti-scaling, and low surface load.
3. The circuit adopts a fuse design to ensure that the electrical harmonics are controlled and protect the safety of the power supply circuit.
4. The high-power electric boiler adopts the separation of the host and the control system to avoid interference from electrical components and aging of electric heating components due to heat.
5. Touch screen control type: No buttons and indicator lights can be seen on the operation interface. The full Chinese operation interface can realize human-computer dialogue, remote monitoring, operation authorization, etc.
6. Low-voltage electrical components use high-quality components such as Siemens, Schneider, HONEYWELL, etc., with extremely high reliability.
7. The control system has multiple protections for over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, short circuit, and water cut-off, and can be unattended.
