Coupling Screw-on Hydro Tester

Coupling screw-on hydro tester is designed to test the used pipes for reuse purpose. Used pipe has coupling in on end and outside thread in the other end. Tester can pressure test the thread,pipe body and coupling at the same time automatically.
 

Tester has filling head,venting head,clamps,pedestal,water system and electrical system.
Tester has entire protective hood to protect the safety of people and machine.

Filling head: has joint to connect with the pipe coupling end, is used to filling water to the pipe, is covered with protective hood.

 
Venting head: has joint to connect with the pipe thread end, is used to purge air inside the pipe, is covered with protective hood.

Clamp: is used to fix the pipe when pressure testing.

Water system: is used to filling water into the pipe and builds up the pressure; is covered with protective hood.

Pedestal: is used to support the pipe when pressure testing, is covered with protective hood.
