Description:
DAIKIN DAI-EL LT-304 is a peroxide curable terpolymer suitable for applications that require good low temperature flexibility and compression set resistance. Compounds of DAI-EL LT-304 may be compression, transfer or injection molded with low mold fouling and excellent mold release. DAI-EL LT-304 may be formulated with various peroxides to eliminate postcuring.

Overview:
DAIKIN DAI-EL low temperature peroxide curable polymers have improved low temperature performance, mechanical properties, flex resistance, acid resistance and flex cracking resistance compared with bisphenol cured copolymers. As with other peroxide cured polymers, some reduction in heat and compression set resistance is seen compared with bisphenol cured polymers. Injection and compression molding, fluid resistant grades are available. Post curing can be eliminated for these polymers.
