1. Design Basis
Raw Water: Tap water;
Purpose of produced water: For process water;
Treatment of Effluent Water: Pretreatment+ Primary RO+EDI
Treatment Capacity: 1/2/3/5m³/h (High-purity Water)
Produced Water Quality: Resistivity≥5MΩ.cm, conductivity≤0.2μs/cm
Water Utilization Ratio: ≥70%
Design Range: From inlet of active carbon filter to outlet of purified water tank
Electrical Control Range: From main control cabinet of the process design to power use control points of the system.

2. System Control Modes
This system is mainly controlling working status of each device through auto control mode.
It is equipped with low-pressure protection device before RO device, to ensure multistage centrifugal pump can work smoothly without lacking of water.
It is equipped with high-pressure protection device after pump, to prohibit the damage of multistage centrifugal pump if it starts RO device when valve is closed, or damage of membrane if discharge valve of RO device does not open enough.
Mechanical filter, activated carbon filter completes the wash, back wash by manual.
Water supply is controlled by solenoid valve. It is equipped with high/middle/low level switch for water tank. It will stop machine automatically when it is in high level, run machine when it is in middle level, and pump stops when it is in low level.
It is equipped with conductivity meter to monitor water quality of RO and mixed column.
It adopts PLC for electric control. It is no need the worker to control, and it can show the data of electric conductivity, running pressure and so on.
