Electric Arc Furnace Automatic Spray Feeding System

The electric arc furnace spray feeding system is composed of a spraying system and a spraying machine. Pipes between control panels, sprayers and machines.

The spray feed is loaded into a dispensing tank through an overhead nozzle with a vessel. The top of the syringe is equipped with a funnel for receiving the material. After receiving, the pneumatic intake valve closes and the injector acts as a pressure vessel.

The air receiver is pressurized from the top of the vessel. At the bottom of the tank, there is a main feeding tray. The flow velocity of the spray material is changed by disc speed control. A frequency converter is used to control the disk speed

The spray filling machine is equipped with a weighing system to detect the total amount of spray fill.

The filling material ejected from the distributor is pneumatically transported by the spraying machine through the pipe. Typically, such pipes use corrosion-resistant hoses.

The spray machine is located near the furnace and consists of a swivel base, a swivel arm and a swivel gun. When using this machine, the furnace roof must be in the swing open position, rotated by the base and swing arm, and the swing gun is set in the center of the furnace. The gun can be 360 degrees without dead angles, clockwise or counterclockwise while injecting material.
