Electrical control system
It is mainly composed of hardware part and software part.

Hardware section
It is mainly composed of industrial computer and PLC; The software part is mainly the control program and HMI screen. The industrial computer monitors the field parameters through the screen in the control room, and the PLC is used to complete the control of the field parameters.
1) Industrial control computer
Choose Taiwan Advantech industrial computer (IPC-610H, P4 3.0G KSD1G, MT160G, 530 network card, DVD drive, Logitech photoelectric kit, 2 serial ports, 2USB)
The monitor adopts 22 inch Samsung LCD monitor.
2) PLC and its component modules
PLC adopts German Siemens S7-1500 series.
Required digital input and output modules, analog input and output modules.
According to the site situation, the remote I/O module ET200M is used to realize the control of the valve station, eliminating a large number of cables and saving costs for customers.

Software section

1.) Main functions of S7 PLC software
Calculate the standard flow rate of oxygen and natural gas at different pressures and temperatures

Manual or automatic mode to control the mode of multi-kinetic furnace wall oxygen gun
