Tribo charging spray is through high speed powder passing Charging tube, by frictional contact between powder and material of gun body, powder particle press tube wall and get positive charging by giving electrons to the tube wall. The Tribo Charging Powder spray equipment consisting of; Hopper, powder pump, control unit, tribo gun. As the Charging source is from powder friction, no HV generator to forced powder electrification is necessary, no electrode, no strong electrostatic field between spray and workpiece, each charged powder particle have their own weak electrostatic field with workpiece.
