This machine adopt manual sheets supplying, vacuum suction type automatic lead edge feeding. Can finish corrugated cardboard printing, slotting, corner cutting, edge slitting, creasing, etc functions at the same time. Electrical carton height adjustment, equipped with ruler for easy size checking. The phase of slotting adjustment device is planetary gears structure, adopt electrical adjustment in 360 degree. Above slotter and down knife holders and creasers can move left-right synchronously manually by professional tools. It is easy and convenient in using and maintenance, small and delicate, specially for small cartons printing slotting and forming.

1.Roller diameter Φ300mm, diameter with printing plate Φ312mm, adopt high quality thick seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2.Use famous Dalian Tengda anilox roller, high quality steel, mesh is 220LPI or 250LPI as per customer need.
3.Rubber roller adopt high quality wear / oil and acid-base resisting, medium height grinding, better ink distribution effect.
4.The printing roller pressure adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do micro adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach the best condition.
360°electrical phase, electrical buttons phase adjustment, phase meter for adjustment assistance, this device use planetary gear structure working, machine in running and stop condition can both adjust by electrical buttons in 360°.
5.Diaphragm pump auto ink supplying system, manual printing plate lifting, equipped with auto ink distribution system, can avoid ink drying effectively when machine in interval and stop, will not affect the printing effect. The ink refill tube use 1.2 inches PVC tube, smooth tube, avoid ink block, can eject ink back to the bucket in time, can avoid the ink leakage.
Slotting Unit:
The suitable paper thickness: 1.5~12mm. Can process A/B/C/E flute corrugated paperboard.
