The acrylic glove box is a laboratory equipment that achieves a high-purity anhydrous and oxygen-free environment by repeatedly filling high-purity inert gas into the box for replacement.

Vacuum glove box application:
Widely used in biochemistry, metallurgy, electronics, chemical industry, geology, minerals, medicine and other departments. There are electronic materials, magnetic materials, equipment batteries, biological cultivation, food vacuum packaging, battery materials and so on.

Chamber body:
Made from Acrylic raw material,transparent color with 6mm thcikness.

Ball Valve:
The inlet and outlet ball valve is made of 304 stainless steel. The valve is equipped with water nozzle inside and outside for water intake and air intake. Some instruments (such as spinning coating instrument) can be placed in the box for gas replacement.

Power supply:
The box is equipped with a porous power socket to meet customers' internal use.

Gloves:
The operation gloves are made of industrial wear resistant latex gloves, and the port of the gloves is fixed with double O-ring sealing for good sealing performance.

A   It can be according to your test sample size,if the test sample need a tank,then the better select big chamber.

Q  Does your glove box can be customized thickness and valve etc?
A  we can according to customer request customized the acrylic thickness,and also can according to customer requirements to make holes,valves etc.

Q  what's kind of gas can i put into the chamber?
A   Argon, helium, nitrogen (purity 99.95%),but only little gas only.

Q  I need a mill machine for lab use, what's your minimum type?
A  The minimum type is W300*D400*H500 chamber size, this our model in our factory,and this is the only one factory get the patent certification in China. 

Q  What's your warranty?
A  One-year warranty period is provided. Some accessories we have 12-18 months warranty.

Q  What's the delivery time?
A   We have lots of regular Models in stock. Most of our delivery time would be 3-7 days after we get the payment.
