Heat stable alpha amylase alcohol enzyme which derived from Bacillus licheniformis. It has good tolerance to high temperature and can be used in the manufacture of alcohol, brewery,vinegar, starch sugar (glucose, malt syrup, dextrins,oligosaccharides) and glutamate, textile, dye & printing, paper making etc.
 

Function of Amylase

Alpha-amylase is mainly used to hydrolyze starch to produce malt sugar, glucose and syrup, etc.

Production of beer, rice wine, alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice and monosodium glutamate

The production of bread to improve the dough, such as reducing the viscosity of the dough, accelerating the fermentation process, increasing the sugar content and alleviating the aging of the bread.
