S25 series continuous sand mixer machine is widely used in cast iron, cast steel, nonferrous metal and other castings.

It is a continuous mixing equipment for condensing self-hardening sand molding sand. This machine can be used alone, or it can be
combined with other equipment to form a mechanized high-speed production line.

This equipment is not only used for continuous mixing of furan resin molding sand, but also suitable for continuous mixing of phenolic
resin molding sand. A little modification of its liquid path system is also used for continuous mixing of sodium silicate molding sand.

S25 series is a fixed single-arm continuous sand mixer, and the single arm is a sand mixing conveying system. It has a set of independent
electric control system controlled by PLC programmable process and a liquid material conveying system with stepless speed regulation,
which can be used in a variety of self-hardening sand process formulas.

   Resin sand mixer is a mixing machine used to continuously mix resin molding sand in foundry plant.
Resin sand mixer has: S25 series double-arm and S24 series single-arm sand mixer, which can mix 5 tons, 10 tons, 15 tons and 20 tons of molding sand every hour. According to different users' requirements, non-standard customized machine is available.
