Minocycline hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. It is effective against Staphylococcus aureus that is sensitive or resistant to tetracycline; it is effective against Staphylococcus viridans, Actinomyces stellate, Pneumococcus and bacterial-like microorganisms, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The effect is slightly stronger than other tetracyclines, and the antibacterial strength against Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella, and Pseudomonas is similar to that of tetracyclines. Its hydrochloride is commonly used, which is yellow crystalline powder, odorless, bitter in taste, and can cause deterioration when exposed to light. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and easily soluble in alkali metal hydroxide or carbonate solution.
1.Minocycline hydrochloride is a semisynthetic tetracycline antibiotic. Its antibacterial action is similar to doxycycline, with high efficiency and long effect. Among tetracycline, this product has the strongest antibacterial effect. Chemicalbook sensitive bacteria are 2 to 4 times stronger than tetracycline, especially for tetracycline resistant bacteria, including tetracycline resistant bacteria and penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli.
2.Clinically, it is mainly used for respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissue infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria, meningitis and its carriers, chronic osteomyelitis, cholecystitis, gonorrhea, etc.
3.Antibiotics. The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial mechanism are the same as tetracycline, and its antibacterial activity is significantly stronger than aureomycin, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, but also stronger than doxycycline and metacycline. Golden grapes are not likely to develop resistance to this product. Tetracycline resistant grape grape, streptococcus, Escherichia coli may be sensitive to this product.
