CNC gear shaper is an instrument that uses advanced CNC systems and servo motors to control circumferential and radial feed. It is most suitable for large-scale rough and precision machining in professional factories such as automobiles, motorcycles, machine tools, and gears. It is particularly suitable for internal and external cylindrical gears, double and multiple gears, sector gears, intermittent gears, and pre set modification gears with a taper of ± 30 °.It is a single axis CNC machine, and the radial feed motion of the worktable is controlled by the CNC system.
A high precision worm and worm wheel pair are used for both the saddle and the worktable in order to ensure the reliable machining accuracy.
