Near-Net Shape : Direct pressing, reduce the amount of machining, reduce material waste and production costs.

High density and uniformity : Increase gear density (up to 7.4 g/cm³ or more) through cold isostatic pressing, warm pressing or repressing and refiring processes to ensure stable mechanical properties.

The main body of the camshaft is made of iron-based powder metallurgy material through high pressure forming and high temperature sintering process, with high density and uniform metallographic structure to ensure wear resistance and oil lubrication.

Specially designed for models equipped with powder metallurgy camshafts (such as some Japanese, German economy cars and turbocharged engines).

Standardized package: vacuum rust-proof packaging, compartmented storage to avoid bumping components, outsourcing carton or PE bag.
