HCT-NM1220X--Machine Introduction: 


1.HCT-NM1220X 12 axes CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine adopts TaiWan CNC control system and Japan Servo Motors to control the feeding system and Cam system synchronously. It is suitable for making various Compression spring, Extension spring, Single (double) torsion spring, Tower shaped compression spring, Flat wire spring, Magazine spring, Spiral spring and any kind wire forms.

2. It is designed with no rocker arm and camless, the 4pcs slide bases is separately controlled  by eight Servo Motors, each slider can be installed with 1~2pcs tools. There are total 12 axis, 8pcs forming axis (It's controlled separately by 8 Servo Motors, 4pcs up & down movement motor, 4pcs lateral movement motor), 1pc Wire Feeding Axis, 1pc Quill rotating Axis, 1pc Wire Rotation Axis and 1pc Spinner Axis. 

3. It's with wire rotation function, so it can rotate at 360 degrees and it's convnient to make the complex angles and hooks with short time.

4. It's optional with servo cutter, so it's easy to cut the big wire and greatly reduce the damages to the quill and machine.

5. It's optional with Pneumatic Front Safety Door, which can greatly increase the safety.

6. It's controller supports Chinese and English monitor, easy to operate.
