Product Description
The straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is made of high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is made using precision casting technology. The W-type radiation tube is used for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. In a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiation tube utilizes the heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to heat the strip steel rapidly and uniformly from room temperature to around 900 degrees Celsius through radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, facilitating the annealing of the strip steel.
