KFQ-2600 Frame Type Automatic Aomputerized High-speed Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine
This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding all kinds of super-large roll materials. Such as: various rolls of cardboard, kraft paper, double-gum paper, coated paper, silicone oil paper, film paper, glossy paper, wrapping paper, carbonless paper, filter paper, non-woven fabrics, paper-plastic composite and other coils of slitting, rewinding and so on.
Performance and Characteristics.
(1) The machine adopts servo motor synchronous control, automatic taper tension, center winding method;
(2) The machine adopts frequency conversion speed control to keep smooth running in acceleration;
(3) Automatic meter counting, alarm and other functions;
(4) PLC touch screen control is adopted;
(5)The rewinding adopts front and rear A and B air expansion axis structure, linear guide unloading, easy loading and unloading operation;
(6) Unwinding adopts automatic edge correction system, so that irregular materials can be slit normally;
