Chemical name: Alpha - methyl -3- benzoyl - phenylacetic acid. 

Pharmacokinetics: Easy to absorb by mouth. Absorption slows down when taken with food and milk, but the absorption is still relatively complete. The blood concentration of the drug reached the peak value about 1~2 hours after the first dose, and reached the stable state in less than 1 day. Plasma protein binding rate is 99%(lower in the elderly). The half-life (t1/2) is 1.6~4 hours (mean 3 hours), 60% of which is excreted in urine within 24 hours, mainly in the form of glucuronic acid conjugates, and up to 10% in the original form. The clearance rate of elderly patients with liver and kidney dysfunction decreased by 22%~50%.

Gastrointestinal reactions are common, such as stomach pain or discomfort, bloating, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, etc. In severe cases, upper gastrointestinal ulcer, bleeding and perforation may occur. 2. Allergic reactions: Allergic dermatitis, pruritus, exfoliative dermatitis, laryngeal edema, bronchospasm (irritability), etc. 3. Eyes: Blurred vision, retinal hemorrhage.
