1. Servo adjustable former, adjust the face width & gusset size automatically; greatly reducing the debugging time.
2. The drum is equipped with vacuum assist, for better control during bag bottom formation.
3. Equipped with Mitsubishi electric control system, Mitsubishi motion controller (CPU), to realize high speed and high precision, motion control, production flow test. The touch screen display, the operation function is clear.
4. Equipped with German BST automatic WEB guiding system, can reduce waste and improve efficiency.
5. Model equipped American NORDSON cold glue adhesive system for bag side seal. The glue volume adjusted automatically along with the operation speed. And will recycle and clean the system automatically. Doesn't waste the glue.
6. Handle making unit combines American NORDSON cold glue system and NORDSON hot glue system, makes the production more economical and efficient.
7. Equipped with automatic lubricating oil system.
