The pneumatic baler is a friction welding type baler. The overlapping thermoplastic strapping tape is combined by the heat generated by friction movement, so it is called "friction welding". The compressed air presses down the piston of the cylinder. The piston and the upper part of the vibrator are connected with the positioning pin. The vibrator presses the overlapping part of the strapping tape.
An elliptical hole is built in the vibrator of the pneumatic baler, which is connected to the eccentric shaft of the pneumatic motor. The pneumatic motor rotates at high speed, which makes the vibrator move back and forth quickly.
The pneumatic baler fixes the lower part of the strapping tape by the triangular teeth of the bottom mold, and the upper part is driven by the triangular teeth of the vibrator, which causes intense friction. In this way, the overlapping part of the strapping tape is overheated and welded. When the vibration timer reaches the set time, the welding is completed.
The pneumatic baler makes the upper and lower parts of the PET strapping tape stick while squeezing and standing for a few seconds to ensure that the weld has cooled. It is simple to operate and easy to use.
