Product characteristics
(1) Electric welding machine cable operates at low voltage (maximum voltage at 200 V) and high current with certain heat resistance required.
(2) Allowable enduring operating temperature of electric welding machine shall be no more than 65°C
(3) The frequent movement, twist and laying of cable requires it to be soft and flexible with good bending performance.
(4) Since cable is easily to be scraped or scratched by cutting steel and iron parts during laying, the cable sheath is required to be highly tearing-resistant and wear-resisting.
(5) Complicated operating circumstances such as sunlight, rain, and contact with concrete, grease and acid-base fluids require it to have certain weather resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.
(6) Sometimes, the cable may come in contact with heated welded parts and thus it is required to have good heat-resistance and morphotropism.
