This robot polishing combination uses an industrial robot to achieve fully automatic control, and can be reprogrammed to complete various polishing operations in three-dimensional space. Including but not limited to the following technical features:

1. There are multiple available grinding contact wheels. During the grinding process, the system can control the speed of the sand belt, automatically adjust the tension of the sand belt, and automatically select the currently available contact wheel;

2. Provide offline programming software to reduce programming time;

3. The sand belt machine is driven by a synchronous belt;

4. Fixture: After evaluating and analyzing the product, design a fixture with the best angle for robot polishing. The polishing process does not require changing angles, and has the advantages of high efficiency, strong rigidity, and high positioning accuracy.
