Product Description
The laboratory grinding and dispersing dual-purpose machine is a new product designed with foreign new technology. This equipment adopts electronic constant force speed control circuit, digital direct display of rotating shaft speed, and is equipped with a variety of dispersed impellers. It can adapt to the different test needs of the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of the dispersing impeller and the viscosity of the material and the chemical reaction rate according to the displayed shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production. 1. This machine adopts double-axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient for lifting.
2. Adopt ship-induced commutator motor, and implement stepless speed regulation on the motor through an intelligent motor speed control instrument. Application of digital PID technology, high control accuracy, the number directly displays the rotating shaft speed. The rotating shaft of the dispersing impeller is directly connected with threads.
 

 

Product application
High speed disperser applies to all kinds of liquid to premix, disperse, dissolve or color match etc. When it is mixing and dispersing, there is little air suction which can dissolve materials quickly and make the particle more smaller. It is widely used in coating, oil paint, ink, resin, papermaking, adhesive, medicine, pigment, color paste, food, beverage etc. to mix, disperse and dissolve two or more kinds of liquids and solid powders.
