Automatic lead edge feed flexo 3 color printer slotter rotary die cutter carton box making machine
This machine can multi color print,separate,slice,mark and groove, based on same kind of production. Being pneumatically
ink-feed,the ink roller can separate with block automatically as process need. The printing rolling adopts 360
all new design for adjusting phase functions. It has some characteristics,for example,novel appearance,tightly packed
construction,printing with high clarity,minimum over printing tolerance,adjusting easy,high efficiency,long service life,and is a satisfied and advanced equipment in printing industry.

1. The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to the high demand,reliability function and safety production.
2. Selects the high quality materials and accessories, all the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hard chrome plating and the surface treated by surface grinded.
3. Fixed units,each unit adopts the vacuum adsorption type conveyer.printing unit topping adopts servo control,to achieve precision printing network.
4. The machine adopts PLC touch screen control, can be stored and reuse the ordered data,it can change rapidly ,operate more convenient.
5. Remote detection of faults can be realized through the network, and equipment faults can be quickly eliminated.
6. Automatic zero and automatic reset.
7. Transfer roller impression cylinder,the clearance of anilox roller is controlled by computer.
