Its density is 0.20-0.60g/cm3 and its diameter is 2-150μm. It has the characteristics of light weight, large volume, low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, and good fluidity.
It can be used as filler and slimming agent in paints, rubber, plastics, fiberglass, artificial stone, putty and other products. Due to its high compression properties, it can be used to produce high-strength, low-density cement slurries and low-density drilling fluids in the oil and gas extraction industry.
