Product Description

FLEXSEAL^® lost circulation material (LCM) is a unique, precisely graded, inert, elastomeric sealant material. It is highly compressible and deformable, and has high tensile and shear strengths. These characteristics allow FLEXSEAL^® to perform effectively outside the limitations of common fibrous materials, as it will withstand higher differential pressures while bridging micro-fractures and sealing permeable sands. FLEXSEAL^® is used to control seepage loss in depleted formations, prevent differential sticking and cure lost circulation. FLEXSEAL^® is truly the next generation in fluid loss solutions. The product is available in fine and medium grades to cover a wide range of applications.

• Used in a preventive sweep application when known or anticipated loss/seepage zones are to be encountered

• Sweeps are mixed at 20 ppb FLEXSEAL^® (Fine) and 10 ppb FLEXSEAL^® (MED) and are typically 50 bbls
