TBLN series burner is nozzle mixing gas firing burner, fuel gas go through the nozzle, along the inside of the mixing part where combustion air is mixed with fuel, which lead to very wide firing range with extremely stable flame, TBLN burner suitable for versatile process heating applications, works in high turndown ratio. TBLN 1050 burner is compact design, which air and gas valve is linkaged inside of the burner housing, only one actuator is needed to adjust firing rate, after commissioning, gas and air flow would match with each other when control signal moves to any position. TBLN is smart design, gas and air pressure keeps the same with each other, very simple to set the com bustion system, and even the oven back pressure changes, only fire capacity up and down, but keeps the air fuel ratio always. TBLN is high turndown design, flame stable within the full firing range. it will bring you very quick temperature raise, and keeps precise process temeprature
