Descriptions:
LS252C pen type portable Leeb hardness tester, with C-type impact device, with low impact force, suitable for testing the hardness of surface hardened layer and small mass or thin thickness of parts. The hardness tester digital uses advanced dual coil technology for good repeatability and high measurement accuracy. LS252C digital durometer is equipped with the direction sensor that automatically compensates for measurement errors in different impact directions. Multiple hardness scales are built in, which can be converted between Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS) and Rockwell (HRC).

1. C-type impact device is suitable for testing the hardness of surface hardened layer and small mass or thin thickness.

C-type impact device is suitable for testing the hardness of surface hardened layer and small mass or thin thickness.
 
C-type impact device measures a minimum mass of 1.5 kg and a minimum thickness of 10 mm.
If the weight or thickness does not meet the requirements, the leeb hardness tester must be coupled to a solid support for testing, the minimum thickness of the measured object after coupling is 1mm.

A: LS251D is separation design, LS252D as integrate design, more compact portable;
     LS251D can measure tensile strength (σb);
     LS251D has QC inspection;
    LS251D is equipped with standard hardness blocks, which can be used for calibration; other integrated models are not equipped and need to be purchased separately;
     LS251D is packed in engineering plastic box, and other integrated products are packed in color gift box
 
Q: What's the difference between LS252D and LS252DC?
A: The probe devices are different. LS252D metal durometer is a D-type impact device and LS252DC digital durometer is a DC type impact device.
      The loading modes are different. LS252D pen type portable leeb hardness tester is press loading and LS252DC is push loading.
 
Q: What is the difference between a type D impact device and a type DC impact device?
There are D /C /DC /D+15 /G type impact devices, according to the actual situation of the workpiece to meet different needs. D is a standard probe suitable for most scenes, DC type is suitable for very cramped places (inside the hole, cylinder) measurement.
