Fruit penetrometer GY series (Fruit hardness Tester) is used to judge fruits' maturity. It can test the hardness of fruit, such as apples, pears, watermelon, bananas, and so on. It's portable, small on volume and light on weight, display visualized values. It is can be used by fruit tree scientific research departments, fruit companies, fruit tree farms, colleges, universities, etc.
The hardness of fruit can express by the unit area(S) could undertake the pressure of dynamometer(N), their specific value is just like the
hardness(P).
