Model features

1. Use a splitter disc workbench;

2. The polishing wheel machine head is equipped with an independent spray gun device, which automatically performs the wax spraying process during the polishing process;
3. The polishing wheel lifting device is adjustable;
4. Equipped with 13 small machine heads, each consisting of 5 sand belts and the other 8 for cloth wheel polishing;
5. Adopting linear guide rails and linear sliding tables to achieve high precision;
6. The sand belt machine head adopts a servo motor to control the up and down movement, and the polishing wheel machine head is equipped with an RV40 reducer and a 0.37 motor to control the up and down movement of the main machine head;
7. The front, back, and front of the machine head are equipped with automatic operation;
8. The grinding of the sanding belt machine head can be controlled according to time;
9. The spray gun is controlled by time, and the duration of spraying can be determined at will.
