A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and reply to you.

A: We offer existing samples free of charge, but the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will apply. If the order quantity is substantial, we will refund the sample fee once the order is confirmed.
