The SCZ series standard industrial process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, radially split, and foot-mounted standard industrial centrifugal pumps with dimensions and performance that meet the ISO2858 standard. They are suitable for clean and slightly contaminated, low-temperature and high-temperature, chemically neutral and corrosive media. The 150-400 and above specifications are unique to the SCZ pump. The efficiency, cavitation performance, etc. of the SCZ series pumps exceed those of the IH pump, and they can be interchanged with IH pumps.
The SCZ type pump product complies with ASME B73.1 and ISO5199.

Hydraulic design:
Axial force is balanced by auxiliary blades or balance holes; some specifications of the pump body are designed with double volute casings to balance radial force;
Shaft seal design: Standard seal types include packing seal, single-end mechanical seal, and double-end mechanical seal; various sealing systems can be configured;
Structural design: Full pull-out design with rear access door, ensuring that the bearing support assembly including the shaft, impeller, and seal can be disassembled as a whole by only removing the coupling extension without disassembling the pump body and motor;

Flange design: The inlet and outlet flanges have the same pressure grade and conform to the GB9113.1-2000 PN2.5MPa standard. If the user requires a different standard, the flange gasket, connecting bolts, and center can be supplied according to the specified standard. The flange outer diameter and thickness will conform to national standards.
Standard materials: The standard materials are limited to four: API material grade S-5 (carbon steel), A-7 (304 S.S.), A-8-1 (316S.S.), and A-8-2 (316LS.S).
Pump shaft rigidity design: Heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings and matched double-row angular contact ball bearings are used, which can withstand both radial and axial loads, thereby strengthening the overall rigidity of the pump shaft. The impeller is subjected to dynamic balance inspection and correction, and the pump operates with low vibration and noise, which is very beneficial to the service life of the shaft seal and bearing.
Bearing housing design: A large oil reservoir, a constant oil level gauge, and a magnetic safety breather are used to ensure proper lubrication and cooling of the bearings. The lip-type oil-resistant rubber seals on both sides of the bearing housing can keep the lubricating oil inside clean.
Auxiliary systems: The auxiliary pipe system for the SCZ standard industrial process pump mechanical seal complies with the requirements of API610 Appendix D.
