Original Aluminium Rolling Mill Big Master Aluminium Foil Roll Slitting Machine

1. Vertical structure, Both two winding shafts and operating panel on same side, easy for operating.
2. Active unwinding driven by servo motor, precise unwind tension control
3. A unwind preparing station and a transport trolley are integrated in the unwinding station. When machine is slitting, you can put another roll of foil on the preparing station. Then the trolley will transport the foil roll to unwind station automatically after the existing roll finishes.
4. An independent tract rack is integrated between the unwinding and slitting in order to synchronize the whole line speed and balance the tension on the foil.
4. Rotary blades driven by servo motor, blade rotatnig speed adjustable. Additionally blades cooling and cleaning device is available.
5. Trimmed scrap is tracted by an independent clamping rollers driven by servo motor, then collected by a vacuum piping system.
6. Feeding roller is driven by an independent servo motor. Whole machine linear speed is synchronized to this feeding speed.
7. Winding shafts and surface pressing rubber rollers are driven seperately by servo motors. Winding shafts are supported by pneumatic cylinders which the pneumatic pressure is regulated by precise digital display valve.
8. All driving forces are made by YASKAWA servo system. The speed synchronization and tension control is highly accurate.
9. Whole machine is controled through Siemens PLC system, which can calculate the unwind / wind outer diameter and winding foil length and adjust the winding speed of each shaft accordingly. Additionaly this machine can stop automatically according to the set unwind OD, rewind OD or foil length.
10. Corona treatment machine can be integrated in this slitting machine.
 

1. Do you provide installation and commissioning service after delivery?
   Yes, if in field installation and commissioning requested, we can send well trained staff to the buyers' place. The buyer should pay the round way tickets and accomodation costs.

2. How do you do aftersale service?
   Firstly we need the users to report the detailed situation of the machine performance by video call or email. If only software / program problem, we can solve the issue by remote computer assistance. If any hardwares need to be replaced, we will send the replacement. Freight should be paid from the user side.

3. Do you accept customized order?
   Yes, almost all these kinds of machines are made according to the buyer's request. Firstly we need to study customer's request details, and then make the offer accordingly.
