PP is a kind of semi crystalline material. It is more hard than PE and has a higher melting point. Due to the high crystallinity, the surface of the material stiffness and resistance to scratch characteristics very well. PP don't have the problem of environmental stress cracking. Moreover, it could offer significant resistance to any chemical or acid. PP pipe is a kind of plastic pp made of copolymerized polypropylene resin and extruded. Polypropylene pipe has light weight, good chemical stability, heat resistance, insulation, high mechanical strength not easy to break easy to solder non-toxic.
At present, the PP pipe connection mode widely used in construction is:
1. welding sleeve socket welding method
2.End edge welding method.
