The KN micro electric steel roller driven by DC stepless speed regulation adopts advanced neodymium iron boron DC brushless motor as the power source. The AC electric steel roller with the same power has a small speed range and a corresponding torque reduction when the speed decreases. The DC brushless motor outputs constant torque at low and high speeds, matched with a digital driver or drive card and linked with external electronic control to achieve direct control function. A new breakthrough has been made for small diameter electric rollers. Currently, Gewa Transmission's standardized products include the Φ 42, Φ 50, Φ 60, Φ 70, and Φ 80 series, with voltage options of DC24V, 36V, and 48V, and power options of 10W-150W. The speed and length of the steel roller can be customized according to customer requirements.
