Flexo Printer Slotter RDC Stacker with Stripper

This machine is a high - grade and high configuration model produced with exquisite workmanship, excellent manufacturing technology and having features such as high efficiency and energy - saving, green and environmental protection, high speed, high precision and exquisite printing. The  human - machine interface can be friendly operated.

Technical Features:
  1. This printing machine is applicable for exquisite printing at high line number (120 lines for printing plate / 600 lines for anilox roller) and can achieve 90% of printing effect of the offset press. The die cutting part has innovative design, for example, same effect with that achieved by die cutting can be achieved without die-cutting mold during production of the standard cartons, saving high mold-making cost.   
  2. Plate erasing memory, fine phase adjustment, fast plate hanging and other function are driven by the motor with 0 error of plate erasing memory and 0 phase adjustment.
  3. A ceramic anilox roller and a scraper are simultaneously used to achieve printing on coated paper at high line number (120 lines) and solid bottom printing on common paper at ink quantity (50 lines)-Optional ceramic anilox rollers
  4.  The reverse brush of a paper feeder is used together with a dust exhausting fan to remove the powder and burr from coated board, reduce rejection rate and stop tiem for plate erasing, improve production efficiency and reduce use cost.
  5. This machine has a unique ion air knife structure of this machine, the drying unit can be turned off and the air knife is used to dry during small area printing or ordinary printing, so as to reduce the power of the whole machine and reduce the use cost.(Optional)
  6. In the maintenance or replacement of the rubber covered roller and the anilox roller, they can be replaced quickly without disassembling the machine, so as to reduce the fault and maintenance time and ensure permanently compliance of the whole machine with the new machine standard.
  7. The printing roller adopts a special plate hanging way. In practical operation, if the film base and is not in the same center with the printing plate or skew, 5mm axial diagonal slant adjustment can be performed so as to reduce the time of resetting and hanging plate, thus reducing the use cost and increasing the production efficiency.
