 Shore hardness scale of the no crush wheel?
The hardness is 58HA, which is a moderate hardness. If the hardness is too low, the wheel will deform. If the hardness is too high, the cardboard maybe crushed.
 
 
Features of our no crush wheel:
(1)High elasticity, high wear resistance, high friction coefficient, no harm to paperboard and long life.
(2)The no crush wheel has a flat surface to ensure that the no crush wheel surface fully contacts with the paperboard, so as to achieve the most efficient transmission without damaging of the paperboard.
(3)The no crush wheel has the features of no slipping, no skewing of paper feeding, and no indentation of paper; Moderate elasticity can ensure the no crush wheel to circle in time.
