- Basic Spec: Φ255×2800mm
- The rolls will be made of Φ20 weldless steel-pipe with a thickness of 14mm after machining.
- The thickness of rubber covering will be 6mm, the rubber material we used will be with the highest abrasion resistance in the world, and its hardness is P&J0-1. The useful life of rubber covering can reach more than 10 years, also can be used for scraper parts.
- SKF bearings and housings: including 2set of bearing housings on both ends of whole rolls + 4set bearings.
- Rubber covering: with highest abrasion resistance rubber material.
