Classification temperature options are meticulously curated to suit your needs: 1260°C, 1350°C, 1400°C, and an impressive 1600°C. Recommended operating temperatures range from ≤1000°C up to a robust ≤1500°C, showcasing adaptability across various applications. With a density of 180 kg/m³, our ceramic fiber paper is synonymous with excellence, boasting low thermal conductivity, along with thin and uniform density. Its precise thickness and exceptional flexibility are complemented by sound absorption qualities. The material is easily moldable into complex shapes, offering outstanding tensile strength and lightweight efficiency. Expect remarkable thermal stability and minimal shrinkage. Composed of vital elements: Alumina (AlO ≥45%), Silica (SiO ≥52%), and Zirconia (ZrO ≥13%). Enjoy superb thermal conductivity: 0.10 W/m.k at 400°C, 0.13 W/m.k at 600°C, 0.19 W/m.k at 800°C, 0.16 W/m.k at 1000°C, and 0.22 W/m.k at 1200°C. Heating wire shrinkage is impressively contained at ≤3% (1000°C), ≤3.5% (1200°C), ≤4% (1400°C), and ≤4% (1500°C). The tensile strength is robust at 0.6 Mpa, 0.2 Mpa, and 0.25 Mpa, and loss on ignition is maintained at a mere ≤5%. Standard width is 1220mm, with custom widths and thicknesses available to cater to your specific requirements.
