Generally speaking, the guides are divided into rolling guides and sliding guides. The role of guide and guard in wire production
(1) Correctly lead the rolled piece into the roll pass;

(4) Control or force the rolling piece to twist or bend and move in a certain direction.

Its function is to enable the rolling piece to enter and exit the pass according to the required state, and to ensure that the rolling piece is rolled according to the set deformation conditions.
