The LGM312U intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley features an engineering chassis and is equipped with a single anchor system. The machine features four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, two-way driving and other functions. Its diesel-electric dual power system supports electric construction and diesel-powered emergency operations. The three-arm remote control can meet the requirements for prefabricated arch frame installation, operation of various benching methods and precise positioning adjustment of the arch frame. The arch frame can handle under-excavation and welding operations during installation, and the tunnel itself is very flexible.
Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley integrates multiple processes into one,Including measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advance support, system anchor   construction, anchor grouting (optional), anchor net installation, etc.
 
Equipment digitization(Optional): including cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm function,data management function, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control and other functions.
High efficiency: Consists of a three-arm, three-gripper, and two-basket structure. The maximum lifting force of the middle arm is 2 tons. The entire construction process can be completed in about an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques are used to produce the arch frames outside the
tunnel. This reduces the required working time on dangerous surfaces and construction safety risks, and greatly improves overall efficiency.

Single anchor system: The maximum drilling depth reaches 4.5m, and the middle arm frames can perform feet locking, system anchoring and advance anchoring operations.
Expandable hanging basket: The equipment is equipped with a expandable hanging basket, which features a larger operating space that can be used to install explosives and anchor rods.
 
Optional grouting function: The equipment is equipped with an optional grouting system, allowing grouting operations to be quickly performed after the anchor has been installed.
 
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be completed by only 3-4 people, where traditional operations would require 8 or more.
 
Auxiliary function integration: The equipment comes with a breaker hammer and welding machine, which can perform under-excavation processing and welding operations when the arch is installed.
