Motors for Shield Tunneling Machine
In 2006, CRRC Yongji Electric begins to enter the field of tunnel shield machine. So far, it has independently developed more than 50 types of motors for tunnel shield machine, mainly forming a series of motors for driving cutter head of tunnel shield machine, mud pump and hydraulic pump. The motors we developed almost cover the main types of domestic tunnel shield machine, which can completely replace the importing motors.
CRRC Yongji Electric can supply motors with power range from 7.5kw to 1100kw for mud pump and hydraulic
pump of tunnel shield machine. The motors have the advantages of small size, light weight, wide speed regulation range and high insulation level.
The features of motors for mud pump of tunnel shield machine:
·New type rotor with axial vents, the frame structure of air cooling and water cooling are adopted,which greatly raise cooling efficiency and reduce size of motors.
