Machine specification:

(1)   Main Cylinder: Adopt German technology, with piston type high hydraulic pressure cylinder. Inner dia. of main cylinder is: 630 mm. Working pressure if 200kgf/cm2(20Mpa).

(2)       The oil cylinder is designed to be compoud of two inside (Dia. 180 mm) , with the working pressure rating of 20 Mpa, having the advantage of quick oil indraft to save extruding vacancy, thus enhance efficiency accordingly.

(3)     Hrydraulic system adopt the low constant speed system, thus making the extruding material more evenly and compact.

(4)    The plunger pump can reach to maximum of 35Mpa. And the vane pump adopt mesohigh.

 Hrydraulic valve: 8pcs (Brand: Rolex). Speed-adjust valve 2FRM2 makes sure of the stable speed.

(5)   Motor:adopt top China brand --- Dong Guan Motor. Motor power N₁=11KW(6P Motor),N₂=11KW(4P Motor) one set each.

Temperature control: adopt Japan RKC temperature control system, including the Mould Head, front frame and the fux tank.

(8)  Extruding Mould: with a special treatment of hot forging processing.

(9)   Band Heater: 6kw.

(10)  Billet extruding spec. 85mm*200 mm (changable, can make according to customers' requirement)

(11)  Feeding: adopt electricity & light hrydraulic control, can feeding and laying-off the material automatically.

(12)  PLC: adopt Japan Panasonic programmable controller. Main module is FPO-C32T (transistor output). Temperature module is PFO-TC4 (quatre thermocouple)

(13)  Touch-screen: adopt Taiwan Delta DOP-A80THTDI (8 inch screen PHT LCD).
