Product Description
Stainless steel electric centrifugal pump transfer drinking oil milk food grade liquid pumps are simple, easy to dismantle, also with adjustable-feet, shock-proof, little noise, high efficiency, long time running.
1. The impeller is designed as open type impeller, which deepens the inlet cavity of impeller, enhance the inlet feature of pump and avoid cavitation, with sanitary mirror polishing.
2. The impeller and shaft are designed as taper matching, and the locking nut is provided with seal to prevent the liquid from entering the shaft sleeve and thread, or else, dead comer will be produced.
3. The mechanical seal is so designed that there is no bolt and spring contacting material ,which can be thoroughly cleaned without any pollution.
4. The pump body is provided with drain valve to discharge residua liquid so as to guarantee there is no dead corner.
5. Materials: the liquid passing parts (wet parts) can be made of SS304 or SS316L. The roughness after fine mirror polishing is Ra<0.4um
6. The parts and connections that the liquid will pass must be cleaned and there shall have no residuals after cleaning and sterilization, so as to realize the sanitary and aseptic conception in a real sense.
